Best tempanyaki spot in Utah. Wait times are never that long since they have so many hibachi grill stations. The chefs are masters at their craft and the food is always delicious. the food was aweful. I ordered a dragon roll and vegtable platter. I received a very fishy sushi roll (from the eel). the vegetable platter consisted of the veggies that were cooked for the whole table nothing more. onions, zucchini, mushrooms. there was a tasty miso soup at the beginning. best part of the meal. the chef seemed angry when he didn't land the egg on his hat and it cracked on the grill. well that was th...
