Shaye does not just delivers your order 100% the way the order was placed but she remembers my order each time and she is capable to recognize me by voice and associates my voice with the correct order. Through the ride. While I gave up my order, the girl kept me from asking me if it was. I ordered 2 coffees and 2 bagels. It finally got right. And I waited to pay forever while another car came back before the wrong one. I'm going to the window to pay, there are 5 girls standing there talking, laughing and playing on their phones. Unfortunately overall most Dunkin locations are very inconsistent. We have bounced from Drew st, Gulf to bay, highland Ave, and lately have been going to this Missouri st location. We stick with the one that consistently taste the same. Today it was literally perfect. Filled to brim, PERFECT color and flavor, and to top it off the cashier at the drive thru (a shorter girl with light brown hair) was EXTREMELY nice to my wife and family. 1/6/22 Chk 1552
After been up for 24 hours, I went to the nearest DD for a coffee at 5am and had the pleasure to meet the nicest lady ever... Her name is Rodney and she deserves 5 stars for the absolute best customer service. Rodney you make all the difference in people's day. God bless you!
The coffee was delicious. Every time I go to a dunkin, the coffee is always different and weird. At this location, I have never been disappointed. It always comes out how I expect and how it should, where at other locations isn't usually the case.

I love Dünkin Donuts, but they win you for sweet tea and you don't get a sweet tea. I would say about half of my time to go back to get it right
