Employee messed up my online order then proceed to incorrectly make it again in front of me. Took him a third time to get it correct. Wasted an additional 10 minutes of my lunch break. I complained to corporate and all I got was a generic email about ensuring that they will train their employees. Not good enough, Isaac. View all feedback.
