"A really nice place, booked but didn't need to. Service was attentive without being over-powering, just as it should be. Food choices were excellent. Will definitely return. "Beyond expectation for a cafe. Greeting, attention to detail warm and welcome. Quality of produce, sausages locally sourced . Stopped for a late brunch, coffee lush ,and a nice pot of tea for the wife. Sausage and bacon roll for us both. We both needed knife and fork, and didn’t need lunch. Don’t pass this lovely place bye."

"Sunday lunch for 4. Great choice of roasts. Served piping hot. Good to find a pub serving Sunday lunch as your mum would have cooked it. None of the pretentious serving the meat on a platter or stacking layers. Reasonably priced, generous portions, good honest pub grub. Reasonably priced. Loved it."

"Heard about the old chef from regency , london from friends working there , thought I would try it out , was amazed ! Even better than the London one , the Kenyan kuku chicken, massala mogo, chicken dry fry and you have to try the crispy mushrooms was awesome , taking my family there next time, also the service was impeccable and the atmosphere was like being in a central London restaurant . Check out the decor !"
