We have been buying these pizza's off and on for many years. It was disturbing to find out that they can just change the prices without giving you notice until they get to the door. This isn't a very good business practice. If the price goes up on something at least let the customer know about it before it is made. "Having high tea at the Empress is an occasion rather than a meal. The decor, atmosphere and service are excellent. This is an experience to remember. The attention to detail is remarkable. The serving staff are perfect. For the food, we were given each: one scone with jam and/or clotted cream, 4 finger sandwiches plus a mini quiche, and an assortment of exquisite little desserts, from macaron to a confection of chocolate mousse, raspberry mousse, nougat and chocolate shell. The tea is excellent as well. I'm not a huge tea drinker, but I drank several cups of tea with no sweetener. It was delicious. If you visit Victoria, you have to have tea at the Empress. The view is terrific as well."
