"Since new owners this spring this was our first visit. There old menu was paired with few supplements; but we were thrilled to see the return of bacon-wrapped pickles, even though only 4 for $15. Hubby had the carving, as before, to overhang the dish the best bargain on the menu at $22,25. I had shrimp scampi pasta (a new supplement), which was not only a small part, but only 5 medium-sized shrimps with $22.75 expected, colossal-size. I weighed 138, but after 2 of the pimples and the pasta I was still hungry. Thank God for free dessert for birthdays has continued; we had a chocolate mousse cake. Our server was attentive."

"I've been to this restaurant quite a few times, i've never been disappointed. Had their poutine and burger both work excellent. Reason for a 4 and not a 5 star is the cleanliness in the cooking area, looks a little unkept."

"Absolutely the best Gyro and Greek salad. Our family has been going to the Kirkfeild Restaurant for over 22years now and we have never been disappointed. Breakfast is nice as well. Great welcoming atmosphere. It's just a sin that they are not open right now I am craving a Gyro and Greek salad."

"We were excited to try out the new renovated Cow and Sow. It was bright and inviting. Bar looked great, perfect for a quick meal or a beverage. Liked the menu, prices were a bit high for what you got, but it was well prepared....Stock outs of some beers and crudité was disappointing, but may be a sign of the times. Service was good. Reuben sandwich, chicken wrap and burger were excellent. Boneless wings were a bit chewy as they were a bit overcooked but the Junk sauce was great! (So happy that they kept it on the menu! Overall a good experience."

"Saw this restaurant in town as we rented a cottage 3 mins away from this place. 9 of us wanted to eat out to enjoy a family dinner with each other and decided to go to this restaurant. Came into the store. Probably 5-6 tables full. Didn't seem busy at all. One younger lady say us and made our table for 9. Very friendly and professional. Even asked if we went to the beach today which we absolutely did. Was pleasant to see such a friendly mannered waitress. On the other hand the older lady who took our orders was very rude and unprofessional. Seemed like as soon as we walked through the door she wanted to turn off the open sign. We had a 16 month old baby with us so it is convenient for us to be inside. But she insisted for us to go outside which we chose not to. When taking our orders we had to repeatedly tell her what we wanted.Food was not the greatest. Was ok for a small restaurant like this one. Waited for almost 50 mins for our food and based on the other reviews others have experienced the same thing. The restaurant had so many flies around the table it made it very uncomfortable to eat. When asked for water or extra napkins it took her almost 15 mins to get. Mind you, if the restaurant was busy I can understand but the restaurant was not even busy at all.Overall our experience with this specific waitress was unpleasant. We left this restaurant as soon as we were done our food. Would not recommend this restaurant if your in town."

"Recently had dinner here on a Saturday evening with another couple.It was a beautiful evening, and we ate out on the front patio. It was quiet and serene.Had the Thai Red Curry Chicken, and rice-wrapped Spring Rolls. both were very good.One of our party required a gluten-free dinner, and there was no problem getting this.Jessica was our Server. she was terrific! Fast, efficient and friendly.God Bless"

"We had a delicious, relaxing and enjoyable dinner at Ziraldo's. The food was amazing and they have a lovely wine list for those who enjoy a tasty bottle with their meal.Our table enjoyed the beautiful ambiance on the veranda and loved the cozy blankets and heaters. Our group had delicious appetizers, steak, the fish special and yummy deserts.The service was top notch and the owner came to our table to see we were comfortable and enjoying our meal. You truly feel they care about the customer experience.We will definitely be back and are excited to visit their new location they are opening down the road. I highly recommend Ziraldo's to everyone. I highly recommend the house special maple espresso martini it's amazing."
