What User doesn't like about Ratskeller:
we had booked reservations for August 30th via email for 6:30pm. we walked around the city and went back to our hotel for a rest. we were all very tired and didn't feel like walking back in to town but didn't want to cancel on short notice. When we arrived, the doors were locked. We waiting until 7pm but it was closed. would have been nice to receive an email to notify us. read more.
