Very disappointing. We ordered the 12 satay chicken pizza with garlic bread. The pizza was burnt and tasted like relish. The garlic bread was so soggy and hard...

We had a meat lovers, Hawaiian and a ham cheese and all 3 were great. Nice thin crispy crusts, and ready within 20 minutes.

"1802 Oyster Bar is in a perfect location with a SUPERB VIEW - which was just as well as we were left looking at it for far too long.We had lunch there with friends on a beautiful day. The two girls serving were pleasant and friendly BUT NOT VERY ATTENTIVE.The oysters were delicious but quite a bit dearer that other restaurant on the Eyre Peninsula. We were frustrated that the waitresses returned 3 TIMES to tell us that what we had ordered was not available - this happened long after we had expected our meals to have been served.The owner off-handedly excused this with "we are in the middle of changing from summer to winter menus"BUT the waitress should have been able to inform us what wasn't available when we ordered. There was no apology for the slow service.2 HOURS for a 2-course lunch is TOO SLOW - thank goodness for the great view."

"The oysters were amazing, the presentation and service was top notch however something was just slightly off with the food. The lamb ribs were over seasoned, the pork chop despite looking delectable and having a great sauce was also under seasoned. The foccaia bread was amazing but the butter was a bit bitter and wasn't the best fit. I hope the chef on duty can take this feedback constructively as everything else at this place was perfect and food presentation was ace. The wait staff were so friendly, I was on an important call the whole meal which is a bit rude but they worked around me which really necessitates the overall 5 stars."

"We came for Wednesday night fish night and it was excellent. Lightly battered whiting, well seasoned hot chips and tasty crumbed scallops. Our only regret was not getting the prawns too. Friendly service by the volunteers too Love your work guys!"

"Just had the best breakfast with friends at 34 degrees south. Great food generous serves, good service. Our food came out very quickly. And most important of all the coffee was great. A good way to start the day. Highly recommend it. If your in Coffins Bay give them a try they do teas Saturday night as well as the Sunday breakfasts"
