We were able to check in an hour early. However, the room we were in had a bathtub that did not drain even overnight. We notified the front desk and we were told someone would take a look at it from maintenance after we checked out. We asked to speak to a manager, but one wasn’t available, so we left a message and have yet to hear anything back. The ice machines on both the 4th and 5th floors were not working either....
