I love a coffee shop with the chains! but this place was simply unpleasant. I was a few times in the last week in the hope that any experience will improve and the previous was a 'one off'! in the did, it just got. 1. Nice to sit in town after self isolation for months, good coffee and staff
Very slow service and cleaning really need attention.

For everyone who knows me i got to have a costa everywhere i visit place is clean and tidy staff are happy to serve you
Usually effiecent and quick service, but today was very slow... Advised we were eating in, got ours in takeaway cups instead and no napkins. I feel another staff member was required during this time period, things would of been much quicker and correct.
