Great service but the fries were cold and the steak was tough.

Booth seats are flimsy. You can feel that your back will shave every time someone from the next cabin rests their back against the back. Always on the waitress to take order and supply food. After the food came, not even she came by to ask if everything was okay. We had to ask them to come to services we needed, even to get the bill. Meanwhile, tables behind us that were served by another server came later than we had their food and went while we were waiting for our dessert. Kelseys are usually quite good, but definitely not back to this place.

Food was terrible, too expensive and portions were tiny

We were disappointed that we couldn't dine upstairs in a quieter atmosphere. The booth we had was open at both ends with a post at one end and a tall table for 4 beside it. We felt like we were sitting in their laps or they in ours.

Overall wasn’t impressed with our experience as we waited 20 minutes at our table from the time we were seated to the time our server came over. We watched her walk by us multiple times before coming over even to greet us and let us know she’ll be with us in a couple minutes. Overall not a great experience as our server never checked on us till we were done all our food and asked for our bills.
