This Starbucks is smaller than most especially for the volume it does on a busy day. It doesn't have the relaxed, cozy atmosphere that most Starbucks have. But relative to the amount of customers they put through wait times for drinks aren't unreasonable and I've never had an error in my drinks there so far. Typical offering but service at snails pace. Patio used by none customers to use WiFi while customers wait. Not the cleanest facility given the premium prices. Not a Starbucks fan but must say coffee was good and with no competitors had to suffice. read more.

Always a very Busy place, but then again it's the only Starbucks in Collingwood_Hey at least Collingwood has a Starbucks though.

"A coffee and wine gathering place hidden off from the Main Street of Collingwood (Hurontario). Very close to city hall. Nearby street parking. A large sélection of wine which seems to be their forte. I tried the matcha which was fairly good but small portion considering the price of $5.95. The sour dough bread with butter $5 was not overwhelming. Perhaps we can try other dishes the next time and cannot judge it but it was quite busy despite early Saturday morning."

"Was my first Greek in Collingwood and thought I would try this place. We had the lambburgers, pig carvings, rice, beans and Moussaka. My lambburger was ok, the blows were great, but the burger needed some more spices. The pork roast proportion was a small part compared to what we are used in other Greek places. The moussaka was okay. I give him 4, because the wild beans and the dessert were amazing. We had the carrot cheesecake. I would say the general portions are quite huge and their salad is amazing! One day I can try to test the salads, they have a good variety. Was a good overall experience. The ambience is also quite good."
