Been to this motel for dinner a few times now when in town.My husband loved their breakfast Parmie from a previous visit and although off the menu this time the waitress asked the chef would he make it and the chef obliged.Cannot fault the service we have received and will be back next time in town.Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, food is excellent and prices are fair. View all feedback.

"The business is now called the Busti-Latte and the new owners have been there about 2 weeks. The menu is basic as far as meals go but this is being expanded. We stopped in on the way through town and had coffee and toasted wraps. The coffee, food and service were first rate. The place is roomy clean and comfortable and service was what you would hope for in a country town. If you are stopping in Collonsville and are after a bite to eat and a cuppa you can certainly do worse then here."
