"I didn't stay here persay but I came in for a coffee with my sister whom was staying in one of the rooms, and by god was it delicious. A girl there, Natalie I believe her name is- bless you sweetheart that coffee you made was so smooth and creamy. She had such a lovely customer service voice and when I explained to her my allergy to dairy she informed me of all the non dairy options available for my coffee. 10/10 service, you'd be a fool to loose that girl Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Luxury, Romantic, Quiet"

"Dropped in get some ice on the 25/1/16 at about 6.40pm. We had a 13 hour drive ahead of us, the two hosts were friendly and helpful.The burgers we had were country style size, full of ultra fresh salads.The fish burger and the steak burger were both perfectly toasted both sides.The fish was fresh and tasted like local product, possibly cod. The burgers were beautifully presented, and supplied in insulated disposable containers. Estimate that the burgers weighed about 500 gramms each, very generously proportioned, thanks so much, will be back!"

"The business is now called the Busti-Latte and the new owners have been there about 2 weeks. The menu is basic as far as meals go but this is being expanded. We stopped in on the way through town and had coffee and toasted wraps. The coffee, food and service were first rate. The place is roomy clean and comfortable and service was what you would hope for in a country town. If you are stopping in Collonsville and are after a bite to eat and a cuppa you can certainly do worse then here."
