Been here a few times. Food usually excellent. Service usually poor. After this past trip unlikely to return.
The pizza was great.the boneless chicken wings were wonderful and the fried pickles were wonderful too.

"Steak perfection. My wife and I both have the fillet, nicely prepared. Service was attentive and funny. Also had asparagus (perfect). Our Martinis were just as well done. This scenic steakhouse will not disappoint you!!!"

"Fazzi's is excellent. I really love their gyros, (meat is so flavorful and tender) and they have amazing crispy fried chicken as well. I also want to mention that the servers here are sweet and very attentive. They make you feel at home while you're dining in. I'm very glad that they seem to get a lot of business and I hope Fazzi's sticks around as a Collinsville restaurant for a long long time yet!"

"The food tastes very good. I am always pretty satisfied with the portions as well. I am a regular visitor because of these facts. This is not the place to go if you are in any kind of hurry or have time constraints. I witness the waitress moving all the time and there is a bustle in the dining rooms but the service just takes long. The waitress are always friendly, conversational and knowledgeable about their menu. Often understaffed, and error prone. They are good at correcting their mistakes but hey... who wants the mistakes in the first place. I usually think that it goes back to the kitchen staff. I recommend Bob Evans strictly based on the food because the portion and flavor speaks for itself."

"We have been going to the Collinsville location for at least 19 years now. Every time it’s high quality barbecue. We bring out-of-town guests and friends here when they ask for St. Louis barbecue. "I ordered a mushroom with extra mushroom and apparently what she considered extra. my Hawaiian pizza has much more on it, then the mushroom. it is ridiculous to be charged and not to get it."
