My beat friend and girlfriend went to the Collinsville Popeyes yesterday. I didn?t get the name of the amazing woman that helped us, but she was out of this world! We felt welcomed, we felt important, and service was prompt and courteous. I would drive out of my way just to go back there. Highly recommended if you?re craving some good food and great environment and you?re in a rush. View all feedback.

They really need to train their staff on customer service. If you don?t like your job QUIT!!! Food is hit or miss if they actually have some chicken ready smh GET IT TOGETHER OR GET A NEW STAFF!! View all feedback.
Spicy Chicken was cooked perfectly. Mashed Potatoes and Cajun Fries were delicious. Friendly customer service. Long line but worth the wait.
The food is cooked just right and hot when you get it. All sides are also, fresh as well as the chicken and biscuits.
