We?ve been working in Collinsville off and on for the last 6 months and they apparently just like to open whenever they want? It seems to change daily even though they have 11:30 posted. Got here today at noon and just closed. The food was good the one timewe were able to eat lunch but it?s so inconsistent. View all feedback.
