The food is really average. Raw salmon gravlax really too salty and without taste. Sauerkraut absolutely average, with meat a little cold. Flammekuchen was good but it is not really complicated. Wine absolutely average. From the moment we got a seat to the moment we got our plates, it took them one hour. With 24 people in the restaurant!
