I've gone here three times and EVERY TIME they screw up my $5.00 Americano with heavy cream. Seems simple enough. The first time the lady argued that I ordered an iced coffee which I NEVER drink iced coffee. She didn't even offer to make it right she just left me with it I had to go around to the other side and ask for some flavor because a plain iced Americano is not very good.
