Mcdonald's - Columbus

The employees were really nice and service was fast. Someone with sunshine earrings made me smile and they just seemed so naturally happy they had such a good vibe, made my day! Also the fruit punch slapped it was almost as powerful as the sprite

Wow, It was hard to believe my food was fresh and hot. The service was wonderful. I've been very disappointed by the service and lack of customer service in a lot of the McDonald's! But, this experience was so refreshing!

This is one of the few McDonald 's in Cbus that ACTUALLY fresh cooks it 's quarter pounders. They seldom steam them. Yes it 's 'said ' that all Mcds fresh cook them. In Cbus, and nationally only about 20% ever really do it most of the time. And if you have to re order the burger, think about it, your fries are cold as you wait. So then you make them mad when you ask for a fresh set of fries- when it 's NOT your fault they steamed the burger. But not here- always fresh grilled quarter patties, always hot fries. The few time I brought mine back- management took care of it, everything. I respect that and that 's why I am a regular at this location. I travel nationally and it just is not a fact that they cook the quarter pounders fresh as advertised, especially after 7 pm. When you pay fairly high amounts for food even fast food you at least expect quality. They do it here day in and day out, I go there at least 4 times a month.
