Came in for a simple order of coffee and a bagel w/cream cheese jelly service started out ok, DD workers at register were friendly and professional, older woman in her late 60's/early 70's preparing orders behind the counter was a rattled mess and shouldn't be working there couldn't follow basic instructions, very rude and no apology for her multiple mistakes, had to go back a 2nd time to correct my order......for $1...
