"This was our third dining experience at BH@SB. It didn't disappoint. By far the most professional staff, creative presentation, and most eclectic fresh food by any restaurant around. Each course is explained in detail and it's all sourced from their farm or from parent Blue Hill farm in the Berkshires. It was a true gourmet farm to table experience. The price tag is step, but you get what you pay for. Definitely worth a trip for a special occasion."

"Absolutely the best brunching place around Tuxedo and honest Orange County. There are fresh baked breads, pastries and treats a breakfast and lunch menu filled with homemade creations. Breakfast sandwich is a clamp. Buttermilk pancakes are the most fluffy best pancakes I ever had and the avocado toast is amazing. You can't do anything wrong. And the staff is always so friendly. My favorite place."

"It was amazing from the moment we arrived until we left. The staff, service and food were exceptional. Started with beet salad and pear salad and then the homemade pappardelle with pork ragu. All outstanding! Had no room for dessert but cant wait to ho back and will save room for dessert next time as we were told they are all homemade.
