This is a great restaurant. The food is very good, the service efficient and the prices are very reasonable.The premises are also very clean.It's fully BYO so no beer or wine on sale but there's a bottle shop attached to the hotel just up Darby Street.Highly recommended. View all feedback.

What Edmond Feeney doesn't like about Benjamas:
Horrible delivery meal from here tonight . Half of sauce was yellow translucent oil that did not mix. Put the meal in fridge and oil has gone hard on top! So disgusting and unhealthy View all feedback.

"Great coffee but the warmth and love has gone. I have recently been away from Newcastle for a while and it seems upon return like different owners now. I remember sitting out the front on the corner and the place was full. Names being called personally because they actually knew your name. The menu choices are very few now and it just seems like the rest of Newcastle at the moment. i.e Quiet. It urges to be noticed but lacks the passion to do so."
