Sitting outside in a balmy tropical breeze, overlooking palm trees and being served by a newly arrived delightful Danish backpacker gobsmacked by the heat! What’s not to love? Happily we also had fabulous food, including coral trout both battered and pan fried, which is some of the best fish we’ve ever eaten. What Peter G doesn't like about Sovereign Resort Hotel:
We had ordered about $200 worth a f drinks and food and as they would not change the oyster menu which was 2x natural 2x chilli and lime and 2x Kilpatrick we left and went elsewhere for dinner. We requested either 4 natural and 2 Kilpatrick or 3 and 3 leaving out the chilli one as my wife does not eat chilli they refused to change the menuthey just lost out on a big order because they are either stupid or stubborn ....
