We called in for a sandwich and a cuppa before boarding the train. We looked in the fridge and there was only one uninspiring cheese sandwich, so we enquired at the counter if they had any others. read moreThe staff was really friendly and the food was really yummy. The cheesy nachos was a bit and so was the scones. Shame the railway wasn’t running.

In beautiful weather you can even be served in the outdoor area, and there is a dining room with chairs/tables. A counter with the ability to sit down invites you to linger.
