Food quality has gone down. Cha sui and Kakuni were tough and hard, while I recall them melting in my mouth in the past, the chicken had the freezer taste which even deep frying couldn't mask. The egg was not made fresh. The soup didn't have the abundant toppings which came as a standard such as sweet corn and bamboo shoots. Maybe I am just being picky...probably won't go back in a while. read more.
