"This was my second time visiting a Kokoro Mazesoba location (first time was the downtown location) and this visit did not disappoint! Ordered the Niku Mazesoba and it was consistent with my first visit. Super creamy, rich, and very filling! Highly recommend and will continue coming back for this!"

"This is the first time I’ve ever written a review so you can imagine my disappointment. I ordered the vegan Raman, the miso broth was so salty at first taste I knew I couldn’t eat it, I tried to eat just the noodles veggies but they just didn’t taste right so I smelled the broth and the small was so strong, it felt like it was burning the inside of my nose with chemicals.I got up paid and left the full bowel on the table, this is the first time I’ve ever had to do that in my life."

"Although the food was ok, the service was awful. We had to hunt down the waiter constantly. And when we left we walked to the side of the restaurant and were shocked at what we saw. One of the chefs was outside smoking, standing in...the middle of a huge pile of grease-covered garbage which had fallen out of the dumpster and was blowing across the parking lot. And it smelled awful. If thats the standard of hygiene, I would imagine the kitchen is pretty gross too. With the chef standing amongst all that....he would track all kinds of potential pathogens back in with him, Sorry.....thats just gross."

"The rugs here were better to expect. the bark was very delicate and tasteful and it was also a decent portion. the broth was also well balanced and was not too exaggerated. I like the fact that they kept menu short and easy."

"Stopped in for dinner on my way back from a weekend at Cultus Lake. It was a Monday evening and the restaurant was not busy at all. The restaurant is large with a very modern decor. They also had plenty of monitors in view and they had the Olympics on which was nice.<br/ <br/ Service was prompt and the waiter came back with the beverages almost right away. Typical of most Hong Kong style restaurants, most items come with a hot beverage. It was well made and consistent with I expect.<br/ <br/ Since I was by myself, I just ordered a roast chicken ho fan. I had never heard of this before and decided to give it a try. To my surprise, it was excellent! They stir fried the ho fan noodles perfectly and topped it with some veggies in gravy and a roasted chicken chop. The portion was also very generous, though I do believe I could get a similar portion of noodles cheaper in Richmond. If I'm ever in the area, I will come back."

"We have visited this ramen place a couple of times before, but unfortunately, this will be our last visit. The service we experienced was terrible. There 's a manager named Jennifer, who provided subpar customer service. She never bothered to greet customers and got straight to the point when we asked her something. It seemed like she didn 't even care about her appearance and hygiene since her hair was undone. She never made eye contact when mumbling what I guess was how was everything so far. I 'm genuinely puzzled as to how she holds a managerial position. The male server, in contrast, did a much better job than her by a significant margin. If you 're looking for a good mazesoba experience, I would recommend going to Brentwood, where you can enjoy your meal without any of these issues."
