came here to get my first psl of the season and it was delicious. the personal was quite interactiw, but the donut area was decimated so that was sad. the position of this dunkin' is a little strange, so make sure they don't enter the same they came in, go or they have to go a bit out of the way. Awesome experience here after 30 minutes waiting for an online order that was placed 2 hours before location. no communication about the thema, nor did they want to solve the problem. No one seemed to be responsible for it or running on this place. I will never return. View all feedback.
Her bacon egg cheese croissant is delicious many donuts to choose from. park: not many places to park, but most people seem to go through the driveway.
Very nice place.clean and very positive. It's nice to seat outside ?...Good briz good atmosphere..
Horrible experience. They don't even acknowledge you when you walk in the door. Long wait. Saw manager wasn't even delegating work or have somebody to come up there to take care of the four and five customers in line and then more came after that so it was a good 89 customers and they didn't acknowledge anybody yet. This Duncan needs to revamp and rehire. Delegation and communication is key.
First off, this is probably the WORST Dunkin I've ever been to in my entire life. I live about a minute away from this location, yea a minute! And I travel all the way to west view to get my coffee now. The staff are just beyond stupid. I ask for a small they give me a large. I ask for a large they give me a small. There is literally no winning. I ask for 3 creams they give me 1. I ask for 3 donuts they give me 2. Like I'm not so sure why they can't make something right but it's entirely ridiculous. This location needs to be shut down. They cannot do simple tasks to run this location. Shut this down. I beg!
The one star was only so I could leave a review. I went to Dunkin at 5:30 pm at drive thru, they took my order for two coffee's. I drive up to window and they are eating and one person who was obviously not an employee was dancing in the dinning area. I was told they are all out of regular coffee and are not making anymore before they close, in an hour and a half. Wow ok. So I pull away and said no, I'm saying something. I park and go inside but the doors were locked and the lights were out. They opened the door and I said you already locked your doors and turned out the lights and I was told they were about to mop the floors. I think if Dunkin has any integrity this will be addressed starting with someone from corporate visits unannounced and see for themselves.
