Rude manager, was served the wrong order, three young lads ordered cokes, served coke and three lattes, questioned as they didn’t order coffee, and told yes they did, sarcastic apology given but no refund, and took the coffees back which we had been charged for!!! why would three 14 year olds order lattes?
