The Rose in Vale is a gem of a hotel. The current owners, Paul and Claire are incredibly accommodating, doing everything they can to make your stay the best it can be. 2nd and last visit. 2 rosette restaurant? Don't think so. Same restricted menu 3 nights in a row. Gets boring after that, even if it had been exceptional cuisine. Not enough staff. Fully booked?? By who?.
