This was our second visit but the first to their Sunday carvery. The staff are genuinely friendly and the service is excellent. The beer is delightful and the wine we chose (Argentinian Malbec) was really good value for money. The food was outstanding. A selection of all the classic Sunday roasts, with a lovely array of vegetables, which were cooked to perfection. Incredibly impressive. Will be back and soon. read more.

Booked for lunch online. Booking confirmed. Drove 30 miles to pub but received a phone call 1/2 hour before booked time to say that booking was cancelled. No reason given! read more.
