"The good: interior was fairly modern, lots of seating, and no wait. Do not take the booth tables near the door if it is cold outside. The restaurant is busy so the door is almost constantly open. The waitress was grumpy but efficient and I care more about efficiency so the grumpiness is not a deterrent to me.The bad: the banh mi was not good. The meat was fatty and not rendered well, which made the beef tough and chewy. The sandwich is served on a non-toasted French roll instead of a crispy baguette with the flakey bread banh mi sandwiches are known for. The pho was average, not bad, and not great, just ok."

"The meal was not fresh for salmon. We have to throw it away. The chicken was dry. This is not like other Waba Grill we visited at all. I called twice, first we misunderstood that we ordered salmon but got chicken. It was a piece of white meat which has bad smelled. After sent the picture to one of the employee, and they clarified it was a salmon. She said we could get a refund for that plate. It would be very inconvenient for us , since we are not from here to drive back and forth for this transaction."

"I wish I had read the reviews first because I had not expected to wait 25 min in a line of 3 cars! my order was simple, it was not busy and still nobody apologized for the wait not even the “manager”. Actually, when I told her how long my wait was in the car thru, with a attitude they dismissed my care and the time in the half say, “that is an acceptable time to wait in the car, no other customers complain.” hahaa, wait, what would help her?!
