"I typically love Peet’s and his shop was gorgeous however this was my first time at this location and i had a bad encounter with one of the baristas. I ordered my beverage on the app since it’s promoted all over the store. On the app it gives you the option to order your beverage with “light” sweetener so that’s what i did since I’m not a fan of sweet coffee. After getting my drink i noticed it was extremely sweet so i returned it in hopes that they can remake it so it’s not so sweet. When telling the barista, if they could possibly remake it with less syrup, another barista named Emma with reddish hai rudely said “that’s what i already did” and rolled her eyes in front of the staff there. I was caught off guard and just responded “well can you please make it with even less then please?” And she just gave me a dirty looked and didn’t respond. Her attempt to make me feel stupid was unprofessional and I’ve never experienced this before. I hope she can get the proper training to adjust her attitude or not work with people because no one deserves to be treated like that."

"The good: interior was fairly modern, lots of seating, and no wait. Do not take the booth tables near the door if it is cold outside. The restaurant is busy so the door is almost constantly open. The waitress was grumpy but efficient and I care more about efficiency so the grumpiness is not a deterrent to me.The bad: the banh mi was not good. The meat was fatty and not rendered well, which made the beef tough and chewy. The sandwich is served on a non-toasted French roll instead of a crispy baguette with the flakey bread banh mi sandwiches are known for. The pho was average, not bad, and not great, just ok."

"The meal was not fresh for salmon. We have to throw it away. The chicken was dry. This is not like other Waba Grill we visited at all. I called twice, first we misunderstood that we ordered salmon but got chicken. It was a piece of white meat which has bad smelled. After sent the picture to one of the employee, and they clarified it was a salmon. She said we could get a refund for that plate. It would be very inconvenient for us , since we are not from here to drive back and forth for this transaction."

"I wish I had read the reviews first because I had not expected to wait 25 min in a line of 3 cars! my order was simple, it was not busy and still nobody apologized for the wait not even the “manager”. Actually, when I told her how long my wait was in the car thru, with a attitude they dismissed my care and the time in the half say, “that is an acceptable time to wait in the car, no other customers complain.” hahaa, wait, what would help her?! I said it would help her they pay attention to them while I mean they have cut me three times and said: "It is my pleasure to serve them, they come to see us again" hahaa, to no, they will not see me again, nor any other I can warn about the bad customer service of the milayne escalante. She held her badge against me and told me I was right about the spelling. the worst service of all time! of course, my food was cold after a total of 35min. it has withdrawn, only for a refund. they didn't think I was a customer. Now, they will not be in and out service at this place and I think their slogan of ‘pleasure serving’ is only unforgettable, not in any case upright will not receive from the girl who said she was the manager, milayne escalante. terrible behavior, only terrible."
