my cousin said this place was good, and we had to try, and the boy was right. it is one of the best non-vegan restaurants with vegan options that I have ever been. the options are clearly marked in the menu and the staff received questions/requests/and concerns. the pizza was amazing and the flower wings were also good. What Iacopo Donati doesn't like about Brix:
They do have a vegan menu but it only shows items where you can leave the cheese off and make substitutions. The pizza is not as good since they began using PMA cheese. It needs more flavor or maybe it should be cooked differently. They do have some pretty good sandwiches and nachos. View all feedback.
