What Sora Mame doesn't like about Etcetera Sushi:
I know they're very popular. I ordered Poke don to go and I was not impressed. They give you a lot of rice, a lot of hot rice. The raw tuna is just sitting on top, getting warm by the minute. I don't think you're supposed to do that. They put one piece of nori (seaweed), all soft and curled up because of heat. Check it out once though, and see what you think. read more.
