Marugame Udon - Costa Mesa

What Vivian Ly likes about Marugame Udon:
Great service, friendly stuff, very clean and well organized place. Came during dinner time thinking it would be busy as the line was very long and wrapped around the corner. Only waited about 25-30 mins, not too bad! Tried this place for the first in Honolulu Hawaii and was craving it! Fresh udon and tempura. Loved how the tempura didn?t taste like old oil! What Vivian Ly doesn't like about Marugame Udon:
Today there was an attempt on my life. Someone wanted to give me kidney stones or high blood pressure. The curry udon had a lot of salt where I was drinking a lot of water. My co-worker also agreed. I think they did not measure the correct amount. That said, the udon noodles were perfectly cooked. Customer Service was good. Not sure if I'll return, the meal left me a bit salty about it.
