What Paul B likes about Costa:
We were on our way from Stratford to Tetbury so dropped into Cirencester for a break, it was a Friday so the outdoor market was in operation. We arrived at 10am and the main car park was already full! after finding a parking spot we walked around the town, I then went into Costa, was greeted friendly, coffee was made quickly and was extra hot as I ordered, so overall a good experience. What russellhQ5053HJ doesn't like about Costa:
We popped in for a quick coffee and wished we had gone somewhere else. The two staff couldn't be bothered to wash the cups so we drank from the disposable take out cups. I had to return the cappuccino as it was all froth and no liquid. It summed up the attitude of the disinterested staff anything will do. View all feedback.
Really lovely staff they always make me feel so welcome! I've started to make this branch of Costa my regular coffee shop.
Toilet brush and toilets are DIRTY AF. The toilet brush was literally covered in poo and old tissue. It was disgusting! It was a shame as the staff were so frie...
