Fish may be served like this to royalty, but in a village restaurant? The writer is diabetic but was very sorely tempted to risk it, knowing how irresistible is the chocolate Ganache. La Petite Noisette is a little like cocaine; highly addictive. Once you have eaten here, you ache to return, and you remember it until the next time you visit. It is an unforgettable experience. We are lucky to live in the same village (in the former coaching Inn nearby) and treasure each wonderful visit. Treat yourself. Your scales might regret it, but you will not."
