What a little gem of a place. Proper Thai spicy food, the Larb was hot and fresh, my partners squid and prawns cooked to perfection. Spice levels equal to local Thailand dishes. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 View all feedback.
What Ross Coulter doesn't like about Chang Thai:
Horrendously slow service. Tempura nothing special and Pla Rad Prik was a soggy deep fried chippy style batter smothered in sickly sweet n sour sauce, served with dry, rubbery rice nothing like the fresh Seafood flavours expected of Thailand. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 View all feedback.
Two started and two nets for less than £11 each was excellent value for money. the food was very good. chickensatay and Thai fish cake for starters were both full of taste. masson and penang curries for the net were both excellent not so hot. that they could not appreciate the aromes of the other ingredients and flavored.
Beautiful meal and service during the food festivals. that was also a reasonable price. £9.95 for two courses. the deal is not so clear. normal menu with individual trips. after the question it is every starter and main for top price at midday, without duck and fish dishes. our meals. were delicious and most filled.
Great tasting Thai food, friendly efficient staff, good value. we look forward to a return visit very soon, we love this restaurant.
Good. Thai Square in bishop auckland, where other good restaurant options are few and far, in the did almost absent. service and eat first class.
