The theme is very nice and the setting is good. However the food was absolutely dire. I can honestly say this was the worst vegetarian burger I’ve ever had. I’ve had better in supermarket cafes. The chips were bland and lukewarm at best. It’s such a shame as this place does have potential but the food needs serious work. Sadly I won’t be returning anytime soon. read more.

Scrumptious Sunday lunch was absolutely gorgeous. Very tasty and huge portions. Would go back in a heartbeat. Service was great and the puddings were very tasty...

"Had the pleasure to try stephenson's market plaice yesterday. we enjoyed it so much that we wanted to leave a review as soon as possible. they have the opportunity to take away or eat. we ate in the restaurant in the upper floor, which is beautifully decorated and very clean. the young man who served us was friendly and polite. our drinks and eating came fast and looked amazing. two of my party went for traditional cod chips, with me went for the 'whopper' size. there is a big difference, so if you want to get the big size, make sure you have a place! overall we couldn't rate this restaurant high enough. next time we're in the opposite, we'll return."

"Came here with my family for my brother's 50th. I can only echo the sentiments shared about the wonderful food and service but we also loved the great tunes! Appreciate that shouldn't affect ratings but it certainly gets a thumbs up from this old 80's kid. Back to the food though had the meatball starter which was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. For a main, I had a Piccante pizza which was equally wonderful. Service achieved that perfect blend of being swift yet laid back and everyone said a cheery goodbye to us when we left. Whole heartedly recommend this wonderful restaurant and will definitely be back!"

"Has beautiful vegan veggie options, very friendly helpful staff who take care of their local cafe cats. All cats in the café are rescue cats. The entrance fee for the café goes to cat care! I came here with my partner, I had the sun-dried tomatoes Hummus pannini, which came on the side with Craps Salat. It was really good portion sizes are also good. I also had a peppermint tea when we arrived."
