My husband and I have been patrons of this lounge for nearly 20 years. Through all the changes, the only thing that keeps us coming back is the staff. Jamie, Allison, Rachel and the girls are always friendly, and provide quick and attentive service. Ate while staying at the hotel. We couldn't go in the pub as we had a child with us, and the family restaurant was not great. We chose to sit outside the bar and have our food. The server was confusing re the menu options, and not very warm, indeed she only chatted when we were paying which seemed to be a last ditch effort for a tip!
