We came to sit on the patio and enjoy the sun, it was awfully quiet as we were only one of two couples out there. We asked if they could turn the radio on and were told it wasn’t working but they were trying to get it fixed. Minutes later they brought out a big Bluetooth speaker and spent a few minutes setting it up just for us. Excellent service! And the food is always great! Oh, and the music was Service: Dine in View all feedback.

What Island Rotti doesn't like about Kelly Carlos O'bryan's Courtenay:
Definately not like the Nanaimo location. Service was minimal if any. Missed appie deals as no one came after seating us for 10 min. Server never came to ask how food was till we were almost done so had to eat my untoasted burger even though she said she would add to order to toast it. Her tip reflected her service as we sat with dirty plates for near 15 minutes. Won't be back. Service: Dine in View all feedback.
