Following a recommendation from a friend who ordered last week and ending furlough today, we decided to order in Sunday lunch from Bayley Lane Kitchen and we were not dissapointed. The food arrived pretty much on time. I'd already warmed plates and after literally 30 seconds in the microwave we sat down to a really tasty, filling roast and perfect crumble for dessert. The restaurant did not appear to know my party were coming even though we had booked weeks before, chosen our food paid in full. Not enough staff who were stressed and putting tables together for us. Squeezed into a corner. None of the food arrived at the same time so 20 minutes or so between first people on our table and last one being served so could not eat together.
