"Very disappointed with some of my orders as I ordered crispy pork with noodles and it turns out to be char siu pork with noodles. Certainly there is a very clear distinction between crispy pork and char siu pork. The roast duck was not cleaned properly before roasting as I can smell and taste the distinct foul odour of a poorly cleaned duck. Very disgraceful. They don't accept credit card either."

"We were attending a meeting at the NEC on Saturday and stayed in nearby Berkswell as it was close and convenient. As I had to work on Friday we did not arrive until early evening and booked a table with two other friends for we arrived a little late but were still given time to have a drink in the var and look at the menus before going into the dining room. The service was very personal but not intruding and the food was excellent. I would definitely recommend the restaurant.....in fact I already have and would visit the next time we are in the area"

"We visited for Mother's day lunch last weekend. The Sunday dinners are always gorgeous here, and the starters on the set menu were well received too. I had the Thai fishcakes which were beautiful, others ordered the mushroom soup which was also delicious we all end up trying a bit of each others because it was presented so invitingly! One person in the party is a coeliac and the staff catered to this with gluten-free alternatives. It was a really busy day and the staff were attentive and cheerful despite being in the midst of the lunch rush. Thanks for a great afternoon!"

"We have just eaten here and felt compelled to write a review straight away. The service we received from Magda was second to none. She was warm, friendly and welcoming, and went out of her way to recommend and explain dishes to us. We had the pork schnitzel with mushroom cheese, and also the cheese potato pierogis. I'd asked for them fried and when she realised I'd received boiled she immediately insisted we have them on the house whilst she arranged fried ones for me. She also brought over two packets of wafer desserts for us to try, both free of charge. We paid £22 for 2 meals and two glasses of wine, both of which were delicious. Our first visit, but definitely not our last!"

"New improved menu for Sunday noon, options are good and still great value for money, better selection of desserts, staff were all nice, knowledgeable and service was great if you don't think room a bit loud as would definitely recommend."

"This place has a lovely atmosphere, coupled with delicious and affordable food. We ordered off the £10 menu and the meal was well made and quick to come out. We'd definitely recommend the sticky toffee pudding for dessert, to have yourself or to share! The service was brilliant, our server Sneha was kind and helpful. Will definitely come again."

"My friend and I ordered the vegetarian and meat full English breakfast. They were deliciously prepared with everything and cooked for perfection with high quality ingredients. At 9.30 it was quiet, but at 10.30 it was pretty busy. Great service. Very recommended."
