"Lunch with my dear friend. Izzy was so sweet and helped with special dietary restrictions. We both had the fish. Delicious. I do not care what you order from Gallager’s everything on the menu is delicious. They by far have the most amazing staff. Outgoing and friendly. The hostess was super sweet and helpful. My friend has a broken foot and she was more then helpful getting her in and seated. We were so appreciated for all the help today making lunch special"

"So listen, when you take a bite into the Roast Beef Poboy you have to prepare yourself. It’s messy, it’s warm, it’s gonna get on your face. The first bite takes you to the burst of flavors in the juice from the beef and the only way this beef tastes this good, is if while the cows were still breathing they were bathe in God’s Holy water. I can image they were cooled by fans of palm leaves, held by Cajun grandmothers that whisper the sweetest words of love, telling the glorious cows that they are, in fact the most beautiful creatures to walk this earth. The secret blend of seasoning could only be from the Garden Eden and it’s blended with perfection, never too much, never too little. As you work through the first bite, you’ll be taken back to your mama’s garden, because these vegetables can only be from someone’s mama’s garden. They not from some big commercial place, they just too good, too fresh and crisp. The bread, soften from the Garden of Eden spices and the Holy cow juices is the epitome of texture and delicacy. The Poboy bread coming from a part of history that will never be forgotten, it’s definitely from a museum, that’s probably hidden in the basement of Bear’s perfectly preserved so that it flakes just right, absorbs the Holy cow juice with prestige. This place must be protected by all means necessary. Exercising the second amendment if anyone should ever need to be remind. Do not tread on the land of Bear’s Restaurant if you are not prepared to have your entire world turned upside down. By upside down, I mean completely enamored with love, the only love that comes directly from a family owed restaurant."
