My husband and I keep going back to this little place and ordering the same thing: arrachera steak and baked potato. The meat is to die for. The potato is just a potato but add the crema to it that they serve and it makes it pretty tasty. The portions are generous, and we can easily share the steak. HC de Monterrey specializes in arrachera. They do it well, but in my opinion there are better places for this on the island.Arrachera is a relatively new specialty, basically fancy (beef) fajitas.
