We decided to try Prime 5 after seeing Duck Confit Tacos on the menu. The appetizer size tacos were so good, we decided to order dinner. The slow-cooked (17 hours per the chef) short ribs were incredibly delicious and the catch of the day (snapper) had two dynamite sauces and were resting on a bed of wonderfully light mashed potatoes.
