The High Hat Cafe is a cute little cafe. It is rather noisy during the lunch period. The food was very good. I ordered the Cuban sandwich. It was very well prepared and was delicious. My sister ordered the BBQ shrimp. She was happy with her choice. The service was excellent. I would not hesitate to return. View all feedback.
