We visited because of the high Google review rating and generally rave reviews. I can only assume the ratings and reviews were awarded by people who had a very different experience to us or by loyal locals. The waitress was very friendly and we took heed of the signs saying it isn't a fast food restaurant and patiently waited for about 40 minutes for the food to arrive.
