"We tested the restaurant. positive points the frame is beautiful and the tables are spacious. negative points it is impossible to eat with a temperature of 18 degrees (people ate with their jacket... unworthy). The plates are so worked that we no longer recognize the ordered dish., the portions are not at the height of a gastro. In short, we had a joy of leaving but we showed disappointed but with an addition of more than 320 euros to four so I do not recommend this restaurant."

"Stopped in Arnay-le-Duc for lunch and just happened to choose the Cafe du Nord and so glad we did. The entree of the day was a flavorful terrine that was better than many I'd had other places. Vegetables and a salad that accompanied the meal...were also very good and well prepared. While all this was very good for me the best was the creme brulee dessert which was richer than most I've had. Rather than the half inch of creme this version had three or four times the creme and was tastier than others I've had. It was a real treat with the cafe au lait. Sitting on the square the terrace of Cafe du Nord is a good place for people watching."
